Ron Killings

Ron Killings

WrestlingRevealed.com has learned that there is already some backstage heat on Ron Killings with WWE.

The decision to bring Ron Killings back to WWE was made by upper management and not the writers. Brian Gewirtz, the head writer of Monday Night Raw, had a confrontation with Ron Killings during his last stint in the company. With that mind, chances are, Ron Killings will probably end up on Smackdown or ECW.

Hopefully, they can squash the hard feelings because Ron Killings is really a talented worker. He deserves a chance to shine.

There was a time when Ron Killings was one of the top stars of TNA. He’s a multiple time NWA World Heavyweight Champion. You can see him with the belt on this TNA DVD.

Ron Killings

WrestlingRevealed.com has learned that WWE has signed a multi-time world champion to return.

This bit of news has caused quite a stir within the internet wrestling community. As always, fans are going crazy with their guesses. Some have wildly predicted  that it could be Stone Cold Steve Austin or the Rock. Others are a bit more realistic by predicting that it’ll be Rob Van Dam.

Nice guesses, but chances are, the wrestler that will be revealed will be Ron “the Truth” Killings. The former TNA World Heavyweight Champion has reportedly signed a contract to return to WWE.

Ron Killings

WrestlingRevealed.com has learned that several WWE stars, including Jeff Hardy, Matt Hardy, and Umaga, have been pushing WWE management to sign recently released TNA star Ron Killings.

TNA recently offered releases to any wrestlers who were unhappy with their situations. Only two wrestlers thus far have taken them up on the offer. Those two wrestlers are Senshi and Ron Killings.

Ron Killings has had an on-again off-again relationship with TNA for the past year. He had initially left the company shortly after Konnan left the company. Then, he was brought back by TNA to work a program with NFL star Pacman Jones.

There’s no denying that Ron Killings is an entertaining wrestler. He can work the mic, and he’s very gifted in the ring. However, it is a bit weird that WWE has never had much of an interest in bringing him back to the company. They’ve had their chances in the past.

Ron Killings

WrestlingRevealed.com has learned that Ron Killings and TNA have mutually agreed to a release.

Earlier this week, it was reported that TNA still had plans for Ron Killings in 2008. TNA was still going to use him in storylines despite the fact that missed a flight to an important show in Japan. However, the relationship soured again, and Ron Killings is no longer with the company.

After doing a superb job of carrying the Pacman Jones storyline, a lot of people expected Ron Killings to be elevated through the card.

As of this moment, there’s no word yet on whether or not WWE would be interested in bringing him in. Despite being a talented all around performer, Ron Killings did not receive a lot of interest from WWE last year.

WWE Carlito

WrestlingRevealed.com has learned that several US wrestling stars are booked for the big Euphoria tour in Puerto Rico in a few weeks.

Carlito, Kevin Nash, Scott Hall, Konnan, Ron Killings, and Chris Masters are among the biggest names being booked for the tour (with the biggest event being on January 6, 2008 in San Juan).

They should really do an invasion type of gimmick on this tour where Kevin Nash, Scott Hall (if he shows up, of course), Konnan, and Ron Killings (who recently quit TNA) are the outsiders. Carlito can play the role of babyface in fighting off those guys. Since Chris Masters has a history with Carlito, he can be used as Carlito’s mystery backup.

Ron Killings

WrestlingRevealed.com has learned that TNA still plans on using Ron Killings in the near future.

There was widespread speculation that Ron Killings would be released soon. Many believed that he was going to released after his program with Pacman Jones ended. The rumors began to pick up more steam after Ron Killings missed his flight to work a match in Japan for TNA. That incident forced Jeff Jarrett to fly out to Tokyo to issue a public apology.

However, the latest word coming out of TNA is that Ron Killings is still a part of TNA’s plans.
