John Morrison

WrestlingRevealed.com has learned that the state of Maryland attempted to ban a few WWE wrestlers from working there.

The Maryland State Athletic Commission contacted WWE to ensure that none of the wrestlers who have been suspended for drugs were working the house show in Baltimore, Maryland.

In 2007, there were well over a dozen wrestlers who were suspended for violating the WWE Wellness Program. Many of those wrestlers were suspended around the same time after a federal drug probe revealed that WWE wrestlers were purchasing drugs through an online pharmacy.

Two of the wrestlers who have been suspended in the past 12 months, Chavo Guerrero and John Morrison, both ended up working the show anyways.

It’ll be interesting to see if the Maryland State Athletic Commission will do anything about it.

John Morrison T-Shirt Have y’all seen the John Morrison T-Shirt? The design is awesome. WWE needs to release more shirts like these.

WWE Melina Perez

WrestlingRevealed.com has learned that Batista mentioned his relationship with Melina in a recent interview.

When asked about Melina, Batista had the following to say:

“It started out completely innocently, but I just fell in love with her. It’s been on and off for a long time and I still love her death. But I can’t see us getting married. I still don’t think I’m over my ex-wife.”

Ever since his book was released, Batista has been quite open about his relationship with Melina. It’s interesting that he would choose to do that since John Morrison recently mentioned in an interview that he’s been going out with Melina since their OVW days.

Things must be pretty interesting backstage during the Smackdown/ECW shows.

ECW John Morrison

Here’s John Morrison’s t-shirt.

His popularity has skyrocketed with the staff after he refused to back down from JBL in a backstage fight.

ECW John Morrison

After the Smackdown tapings on Tuesday night, a backstage fight broke out between John Morrison and JBL.

JBL had called a meeting with John Morrison, the Miz, MVP, CM Punk, Matt Hardy, and others. JBL basically yelled at the Miz and John Morrison for their work on color commentary. He didn’t like how the two were making CM Punk look bad. He felt that they had gone too far. Afterwards, JBL yelled at the Miz and John Morrison for not performing well in their match against Matt Hardy and MVP.

JBL demanded that the Miz and John Morrison apologize to CM Punk, Matt Hardy, and MVP.

The Miz did what he was told and apologized. John Morrison, though, didn’t.

John Morrison stated that he would be willing to apologize to the guys, but he wasn’t going to do it simply because JBL had told him to. He also told JBL that this was none of his business.

More words were exchanged between the two, and a shoving match ensued before the agents broke things up.

Kudos to John Morrison for standing up for himself.
