In exchange, the company will continue to pay him, even though he has been given a release. That has led fans to speculate as to how much money he will be given. The belief is that it will not be the full amount of the contract, as he will not be paid for working live events.

Rumors going around right now has WWE giving the world heavyweight championship to a heel at Money in the Bank 2014. The belief is that the company will set someone up to feud with John Cena and Daniel Bryan over the next few months. Antonio Cesaro has been rumored for a few weeks now, but some are skeptical of that because he hasn't been given a ton of momentum by WWE. Management will either hot shot the belt to Bray Wyatt or go with the safe route in Randy Orton.

The industry was a bit shocked recently when it was announced that Kobayashi was leaving Pro Wrestling NOAH, his longtime home. The hot rumor heading into this weekend is that CM Punk will be at Wrestlemania 30. First, Steve Austin made the prediction that the former world heavyweight champion will be at the pay per view. Now, Diamond Dallas Page is doing the same in an interview with Wrestle Talk TV. Both Austin and DDP have connections backstage, so there might be some merit to their predictions on Punk.

The belief backstage in WWE is that Road Dogg is going to be winding down his days as an active in ring performer now that Wrestlemania 30 is over and done with. His tag team partner Billy Gunn suffered an injury during the big six man tag team match at the pay per view, so management is contemplating a scenario where they are written off of television.

Since the performers have a tendency to go all out during the biggest wrestling pay per view of the year, it should come as no surprise that there were several Wrestlemania 30 injuries. Undertaker was sent to the hospital for a potential concussion and injured neck. Billy Gunn was said to be bleeding internally. A lot of other performers suffered the usual cuts and bruises. Rough night for WWE stars.

WWE.com is reporting that Billy Gunn suffered a serious injury during his match against Dean Ambrose, Seth Rollins and Roman Reigns at Wrestlemania 30. The report reveals that he was coughing up blood backstage after taking the triple power bomb from the Shield at the end of the match. No word yet on whether this is a story line or a legitimate injury.

At Wrestlemania 30, Dean Ambrose, Seth Rollins and Roman Reigns completely destroyed Kane, Road Dogg and Billy Gunn in a six man tag team match. The Shield captured the win over the Authority with a triple power bomb on both members of the New Age Outlaws at the same time. That led to an easy pin fall victory for the Shield at Wrestlemania.

Running the event for the company were Bill DeMott, Norman Smiley, Tensai, Billy Gunn, Dean Malenko and William Regal. In a sign that they still have a good amount of backstage power, Road Dogg and Billy Gunn have been pushing management to let them work with the Shield before WWE has Roman Reigns, Dean Ambrose and Seth Rollins going their separate ways. It looks like the company will be giving them that chance at Wrestlemania 30 in the Kane story line.

While there were plans initially to have them involved in a big tag team match for the championship, those are in jeopardy of not coming to fruition because of the injuries to Road Dogg and Billy Gunn. However, the chances of that happening all fall upon Road Dogg, who is currently suffering from a back injury. They were able to defeat Billy Gunn and Road Dogg for the belts early on in the show. The belief is that it was done to help appease the Chicago crowd.
