During a recent interview, Big Show discussed the topic of retiring, something which many WWE fans have been begging him to do over the past couple of months. He stated that he is perfectly fine with putting over the new guys, as that is something that veterans should do. Show does not want to make a big deal when he actually decides to retire. The former world heavyweight champion also mentioned that he wanted to commentate in the future.

A couple of weeks ago, Miz mentioned that Big Show was well past his prime. Rumors have it that this was not just a one time thing. WWE could be using this as a story line for the former world heavyweight champion throughout the rest of the year. Show would face a slew of younger opponents to try to show the world that he can still be a star in professional wrestling today.

During a recent podcast interview with Chris Jericho, Big Show revealed that he instructed Floyd Mayweather to purposely break his nose during their feud. The former world heavyweight champion wanted to do that because he felt that the audience would not buy the size difference unless they made it look like the boxer's punching power was super human.

On Monday, WWE revealed that Kevin Owens had to undergo knee surgery. More details have now been revealed. A partial meniscectomy was performed. The NXT Heavyweight Champion will more than likely miss anywhere between 4 and 6 weeks of action, which means that he will not be working any matches during Wrestlemania week. Management will have to figure something out because they have a big show in San Jose that weekend.

A radio DJ in Columbus is generating a good amount of attention to himself today. Through social media, DJ Quicksilver has informed the world that he was involved in an incident where the Big Show bullied him and threatened him. WWE is doing an event in the city tonight, and the former world heavyweight champion had his tour bus parked at the venue early in the morning. DJ Quicksilver apparently works as a security guard at the venue during off hours.

When word broke out that a couple of WWE performers were doing silent protests during TLC against management by working at a lackluster pace, fans immediately started wondering which wrestlers were guilty of doing that. One of the names being tossed around right now is Big Show, whose match with Erick Rowan was not rated too high by the fans. The former world heavyweight champion has enough backstage stroke to not get fired for protesting.
