It is no secret that Sasha Banks has a very bright future with WWE. Not only is management pleased with her character and in ring abilities, they also view her age as a major asset. Sasha is just 23 years of age, so the company knows that she can be a centerpiece of the divas division on the main roster for years to come. By the time that the older performers are out the door, the main roster will belong to Sasha, Paige, Bayley and Charlotte.

There are people backstage in WWE that believe that Bayley can be a tremendous asset to the main roster in the near future. The thinking is that she will be a fan favorite of the younger demographic because of how playful her character is. That might enable her to sell toys and other merchandise for the company, which is a trait that the front office loves. Since she is also gorgeous, she should be able to attract older men as well.

WWE issued a poll to their fans to see which NXT diva should be promoted to the main roster now that AJ Lee has decided to retire as an in ring performer. Sasha Banks, Bayley, Alexa Bliss, Becky Lynch and Carmella received a good amount of votes, but the majority of the audience opted to go with Charlotte, who has been waiting in line for quite some time now. The belief is that she will be promoted to the main roster before the year ends.

If there is one good thing about AJ Lee retiring from WWE, it's that her departure opens up the door for another female performer. A roster spot and salary slot have been open. A diva on the main roster right now has a chance at filling that void, but that is highly unlikely. More than likely, the company is going to look at the developmental divas in NXT. Charlotte is first in line, but the company is also high on Sasha Banks and Bayley.
