Over the weekend, Batista took to social media to remind us that he has a lot of issues with the creative department in WWE. This time, he took a jab when someone suggested that he make a return to the company to form a tag team with Sheamus. The former world heavyweight champion knows that he has a ton of leverage due to his new found status in Hollywood, so he has no qualms about being vocal.

However, don't expect the former world heavyweight champion to stop trashing the product. He knows that his name value is growing by the day, so if he ever wanted to make another return, Vince McMahon would gladly be there to hold the door open for him with a gigantic check in his hands as well.

Rumors broke over the weekend that CM Punk was going to be writing a new comic book on the Punisher. It turned out to be another character instead, even though Punk did admit that he really wanted to write one for the Punisher. The former world heavyweight champion revealed that the character that Marvel gave him was Drax the Destroyer, which interestingly enough is portrayed by Batista in Guardians of the Galaxy movies.

While many were under the impression that we would never see Batista in a WWE ring again, the former world heavyweight champion revealed in an interview that he has considered the possibility of coming back and working a Chris Jericho like schedule, where he only wrestles at live events. The man legally known as Dave Bautista stated that he doesn't like the idea of working television because the front office is too dependent on scripts.

It has now been announced by Marvel that Guardians of the Galaxy 2 will begin taping in February. A new Highlander movie is being made, and a former WWE star might be cast in a big role. Reports have surfaced that Batista is one of the candidates to portray The Kurgan. Producers are looking for someone that is strong and physically imposing. The former world heavyweight champion fits the bill, and since he found a good amount of success with Guardians of the Galaxy, he will more than likely always be a candidate for these roles.
