In regards to the rumors of Prince Devitt signing with TNA, the belief is that it is very unlikely. The company made him the offer, and they're leaving the ball in his court. Devitt makes a very good amount of money with New Japan, so the only reason why he would come work for TNA is to try to build a bigger fan base for himself in the United States.

The hardcore legend is apparently a free agent now that his contract with WWE has expired. Foley was also recently spotted at a comedy show wearing a ROH tee shirt. Management knows that when you work that style of wrestling, you're going to make mistakes. The backstage attitude and sense of entitlement was more of an issue than Sin Cara having botches in his matches.
