Rumors have been floating this week that Vince McMahon was on the verge of buying a soccer team in England. This is actually something that has been springing up over the years. However, just like before, the rumors are false. The WWE CEO simply does not have time for such a purchase, especially since it is overseas.

While he has now made a commitment to TNA, it is being rumored that the deal between Dixie Carter and MVP is flexible enough to enable the former WWE star to do tours of Japan on occasions. While he has nothing officially scheduled overseas right now, MVP wanted to maintain that bit of freedom that Triple H and Vince McMahon would not give him.

Normally, the CEO would be there until the very end, but he opted to ride in the ambulance with the Undertaker to the hospital. Triple H and Stephanie McMahon were left in charge of the pay per view.
