Fans got a quick glimpse of Chris Jericho this week, as the former world heavyweight champion decided to help out WWE on the European tour. Now, reports have surfaced that Jericho is going to be making his return to the company in early January, just in time to get thrown into the Royal Rumble 2015 pay per view. The belief is that he will be sticking around, so that he can get a match at Wrestlemania 31.

Yesterday, it was revealed that WWE had pulled Daniel Bryan from the upcoming European tour in November. The former world heavyweight champion was scheduled to make appearances at the live events on that continent. Reports are now surfacing that management made the decision to pull him from the tour because Bryan has received confirmation from doctors that a second surgery is needed to repair his neck injury.

After dropping the belt to Paige the night after Wrestlemania 30, AJ Lee was given some time off, presumably to rest up and move to Chicago to be with boyfriend, former WWE star CM Punk. Rumors are floating around that AJ will be returning to the company in May, as she has been advertised for the European tour. She is also advertised for events in June.

While he has already been booked for the European tour next month, Hulk Hogan has been angling for more involvement with WWE. The company was originally going to use him sparingly after Wrestlemania 30. The belief is that WWE might hold out on using Hogan again until Summerslam 2014, so that his appearances would feel more special.

While a lot of people already knew that the return was happening, MVP, who is acting as an investor in the company, announced that Jeff Hardy would be coming back to television TNA Lockdown 2014. The popular wrestler was given some time off because he was not able to join the rest of the crew on the European tour in January.

There were initially plans to have Davey Richards and Eddie Edwards winning the TNA tag team championship while the company was on their European tour, but management opted to hold off on that, as they felt that it might be too soon for the fans to accept hem as title holders. They should still be in line for the belts in the coming months.

MVP revealed that part of the stipulation with him coming on board with TNA was that he would get to work with certain guys that he has admired as performers. He listed Bobby Roode, whom he has already taped a match with while on the European tour, Kurt Angle and good friend Samoa Joe as guys that he would definitely need to work with.

The world champion praised George, whom he calls a professional and a tireless worker, and noted how he opted to work the European tour with the company instead of accepting an offer to work the Super Bowl.

He was initially supposed to go under the knife in January, but pushed that back to work the European tour with TNA, and there's talks that he might postpost it even further than that.

For years now, there have been allegations of racism in WWE. Quite a bit more gasoline has been thrown into that fire over the last couple of weeks. Alberto Del Rio, who was fired due to an incident with another employee backstage, is growing more vocal about his claims that the company allows racial comments to be made. Though he is not blaming racism for his failure in the company, Sin Cara has also spoken out and stated that it does create a hostile working environment for minorities in the WWE.

In a rather peculiar move, WWE opted to inform the local media in Mexico that the Sin Cara was being performed by the original wrestler. That is not the case at all, since he was released some time ago. Many in Mexico are already aware of that fact and know that he is currently working for AAA under a different name. No word yet on why WWE opted to make that claim.

During a recent interview, Konnan revealed some dirt on the real life backstage fight between Sheamus and Hunico. Konnan stated that Sheamus had started the incident by being disrespectful towards the masked performer backstage. He also stated that Sheamus threw the first punch, but ended up losing to the current Sin Cara. Some are speculating that Konnan is just being biased towards Hunico, and the facts are a bit skewed.

If you're still a fan of Sin Cara and want to keep up with the former WWE star, he is now going by the new name of Myzteziz. However, the masked performer is only using that name in AAA. Rumors have it that the promotion wanted to avoid a legal battle with WWE, so they insisted that he come up with a new name that they can trademark. Sin Cara will continue using the name and gimmick outside of that promotion, though.

Rumors are spreading quickly through the industry that Sheamus and Hunico were involved in a real life backstage fight during the Smackdown taping on Tuesday night. Reports are stating that Hunico, who has been working under a mask as Sin Cara, was the one that got the upper hand in the scuffle. No word yet on what started the situation.

The original Sin Cara is signing a contract with AAA soon. The belief is that he is still waiting for his non compete clause with WWE to expire. The company did not deem him to be valuable enough to sign to a contract extension last year. It will be interesting to see what name he utilizes in AAA, as WWE owns Sin Cara and CMLL owns Mistico.

While internet wrestling fans make a big deal out of it, the Sin Cara botch issues aren't really all that much of a concern to WWE. Management knows that when you work that style of wrestling, you're going to make mistakes. The backstage attitude and sense of entitlement was more of an issue than Sin Cara having botches in his matches.

While he has been protesting through social media and threatening legal actions, the original Sin Cara has not actually gone after WWE yet. The belief is that he is just issuing empty threats, as the performer has now gone back to his Mistico name and character in Mexico. It appears that WWE might actually hold the rights to the Sin Cara name after all.

Apparently, Sin Cara remains defiant towards WWE, as the masked performer is appearing on television shows for AAA. According to WWE, he is under a 90 day no compete clause, which prevents wrestlers from immediately working televised events after leaving the company. Management is said to be fine with him working non televised events for independent wrestling promotions, though.
