While he still continues to train to become an in ring performer, Ricardo Rodriguez has found another way to make himself useful to WWE. At Wrestlemania 30, he will be one of the Spanish commentators for the show. This is a pretty role, as management feels that this is the event that can draw in new fans overseas, so Rodriguez needs to draw them in with his commentary.

A lot of changes have taken place on the upcoming WWE tour of Europe. Initially, Randy Orton was scheduled for the entire trip. Then, after he expressed frustration with his role in the company, management allowed him to leave during the second half of the tour. Now, the former world heavyweight champion has been removed from the overseas shows altogether. He is being replaced by Bray Wyatt, who will work matches against Chris Jericho.

Earlier this week, he made his return to New Japan by attacking Jeff Jarrett and helped Hiroshi Tanahashi recapture the IWGP Heavyweight Championship from AJ Styles, whom Jarrett was trying to help illegally regain the belt.

Management does not have a lot of top level talent on the active roster nowadays, and Jericho still is enough of a draw to overseas fans. Rock has now informed the fans that the movie has topped the box offices in India, Russia and Australia. Internally, he is being viewed as a major marketing asset as the company is hoping to expand its reaches in Japan. Chono and WWE have an agreement that enables the international star to sell nWo related merchandise in Japan. As management is still trying to finalize the Andre the Giant memorial battle royal, there were rumors backstage that Ricardo Rodriguez was a candidate to work the match at Wrestlemania 30. However, it appears that WWE has moved away from that. Not only is Rodriguez being utilized as a commentator instead, the company also added Brad Maddox, an on screen character, to the match.
