The two of them are booked for a match against one another at an independent wrestling show on December 6, and Morrison has acknowledged that they will be discussing some business backstage.

It is being said that Dixie Carter has informed business partners that an announcement is coming soon, in hopes of alleviating some of the concerns that they currently have with Impact Wrestling. Since he has a business relationship with New Japan, and they do their biggest pay per view event on that day, there are speculations that Jarrett could be promoting that show as a GFW branded event in the United States.
