Even though he is not the WWE champion, John Cena is still headlining for the company. For the upcoming tour of Europe, there will be two separate groups and shows. Daniel Bryan, the current heavyweight champion, is headlining one, while Cena will be in charge of the other. He is being booked in matches against Bray Wyatt during this run.

Since his feud with John Cena cannot go on forever, fans have naturally wondered who WWE was going to have Bray Wyatt feuding against next. There hasn't been any clear indications on Monday Night Raw or Smackdown as to who he will transition into a program with, but rumors are floating around right now that it could be Sheamus. The two of them are scheduled to work against one another on an upcoming tour of Australia, so that could be what WWE has in mind.

It looks like WWE wants to promote Roman Reigns as a top star during the upcoming tour of Japan. Management is booking him in singles matches against Kane, a performer that Japanese fans are aware of. Reigns will more than likely be going over in those bouts. Last week, WWE did a tour of California, and Steve Austin took that opportunity to get some work in. The former world heavyweight champion managed to get interviews in with John Cena, Zeb Colter, Big Show and William Regal while the performers were in Los Angeles for Monday Night Raw. His podcast has featured several of the biggest stars in the industry.

Media and fans in that country treated the Hogan return as a much bigger thing that the actual WWE live events. Hogan's involvement alone helped to generate better numbers for WWE in Japan than they have been receiving over the last couple of years.

In a sign of how tight money is becoming in WWE, Vince McMahon has decided to take away the tour bus that the production crew used to travel in. This has reportedly upset several of the workers, as they were able to sleep while being transported to the next city to set up the arena. Now, they're being forced to drive themselves, which means that they are receiving very little sleep.

With the company in Japan for a tour, WWE stars were in for a bit of a rude awakening this weekend. A 6.8 earthquake struck the island country. Several of the stars made note of the incident through their social media website. Hulk Hogan revealed that his bed had moved around the hotel room. Fortunately, though, this particular earthquake did not produce devastating tsunamis like the last one.

Tour dates for Fozzy have now been finalized and announced. The band starts touring heavily in September, which means that Chris Jericho will be leaving around that time period. The former undisputed champion currently is scheduled to work WWE events during the month of September, but he has nothing listed afterwards. The belief is that Jericho is simply here to put over Bray Wyatt.

There is a bit of misinformation on Chris Jericho right now as a couple of wrestling websites have reported that he will be touring with Fozzy while also working for WWE. That is not the case. The band only has two appearances booked in the next three months. The event in Hollywood, which was supposed to also feature Traci Guns, has been canceled. There is no tour.

Word going around is that Curt Hawkins and Tyler Reks are looking into doing a tour of the independent wrestling circuit together. Reks has not been all that active since leaving WWE to start his own business. The two of them should have enough name value to pick up bookings.

In an interesting move, WWE has decided to add Paul Heyman to the upcoming tour of Japan. He will be working three live events in the country, most likely serving as the manager for Antonio Cesaro. The move is a bit interesting because the Japanese fans really are more into the in ring performances than the microphone work, which is basically what Heyman's best asset is.

WWE sent the diva to her home country of Australia to do some promotional work for an upcoming tour. Management really does not have a long term plan for Santino and Emma, but they like utilizing the two of them on television together.

A couple of weeks ago, Alex Wright was brought to the United States by WWE to work as a guest trainer at the WWE Performance Center. While the company was doing a tour of Europe, William Regal was sent to the wrestling school that Wright owns to check things out. Rumors have it that WWE wants to maintain an ongoing working relationship with Wright, in an attempt to find new talent from Europe.

Sheamus has been named as a possible opponent to help Rusev kill time.
