With Mick Foley, Dolph Ziggler, William Regal and a couple of others from the wrestling indsutry venturing into the realm of stand up comedy, Edge has informed his fans that he has no intentions of following in their footsteps despite being a pretty funny guy.
On Twitter, Mick Foley made a joke to fans who are thinking about going to one of his comedy shows. The former WWE star stated that they were allowed to bring CM Punk signs to his events, which is basically mocking the company for confiscating signs from fans in support of Punk.
A lot of eyes will be tuned in to Comedy Central on February 12, as CM Punk is scheduled to make an appearance on a show called @midnight. Some believe that he might cancel the appearance since the host will more than likely be asking him about his backstage heat with WWE.
At the risk of ruining his chances of signing a new deal with the company involving his stand up comedy show, Mick Foley, whose contract expires in a few weeks, opted to be open and honest by speaking out against WWE for not pushing Daniel Bryan at Royal Rumble 2014.

In a rather pleasantly surprising move, Antonio Cesaro has earned himself a main event spot at Elimination Chamber 2014. Despite being stuck in a mid card tag team with Jack Swagger, he defeated Dolph Ziggler in a qualifying match on Smackdown this week.
Internally, the match between Dolph Ziggler and Miz on Monday Night Raw was viewed as a filler match. The creative department simply added the Cleveland theme, in hopes of getting a little reaction from the live audience. WWE has no plans of making this program a big deal.
