Smackdown big matches

For the longest time now, fans have been trained to view Smackdown as a secondary show. That is going to be temporarily changing soon. The belief is that Vince McMahon is going to load up the show with big matches for the first few months after they move to the USA Network. There is a very good chance that John Cena is going to have to work on that show more frequently than normal. Undertaker and Brock Lesnar might even make appearances.

WWE suspends Snuka

Not only has WWE decided to remove Jimmy Snuka from their hall of fame, the company has also decided to stop paying him as well. His legends contract has been officially suspended. While it is not a ton of money, every little bit helps when it comes to Snuka, who was recently making appearances at various events so that he could make ends meet. His murder trial should begin soon.

For those of you that are wondering, Linda McMahon was indeed spotted at Summerslam. She was sitting in the audience with at least one family member. The former CEO of WWE has been around the company a bit more as of late. Much has been made about these appearances because Shane McMahon still refuses to attend the shows, even if it is a special occasion like Wrestlemania.

For those of you that do not know, Summer Rae is a huge fan of the Chicago Bears. She has attended numerous games throughout the years. The stunning blonde was spotted at the first preseason game of the team yesterday. She even took her father down to the field and posed for a photo. WWE loves it when their performers make appearances at sporting events because it brings attention to their brand.

The business relationship between WWE and Tatsumi Fujinami continues to grow. The legendary performer has now signed a legends contract with the company. While there is a slight chance that he might make appearances in the United States, the more likely purpose of the deal is for him to help promote World Wrestling Entertainment in his home country of Japan.

While Taylor Wilde has decided to retire as an active in ring performer, she is not completely out of the professional wrestling business. The former Knockouts champion is still more than willing to make appearances at various wrestling events. They simply have to be scheduled on days where she is not working as a firefighter.

As of right now, WWE will no longer have the services one of the best writers in the history of the company. Brian Gewirtz has completely left the promotion and will now be working as an executive for a production company owned by Dwayne Johnson. Gewirtz was always the guy that Johnson requested whenever he made appearances for World Wrestling Entertainment.

Since he is one of the biggest names in the industry, AJ Styles has long been rumored to be a candidate to join the GFW roster once the promotion starts touring. He has now acknowledged that there is a good amount of truth in those rumors. Styles stated in an interview that he will inevitably show up in Global Force Wrestling some day. It's just a matter of trying to find time in his busy schedule to make appearances for the promotion.

When he recently showed up on Monday Night Raw, many were under the assumption that this was just a cameo stint for Kevin Owens. However, news has now surfaced that it is going to be a permanent thing. The heavyweight champion has apparently been informed by the front office that he will be moving to the main roster. A new contract has reportedly been signed. Owens will still make NXT appearances to close up any loose ends first.
