Vince McMahon caused a bit of an uproar with the internet wrestling community when he stated that Antonio Cesaro was missing something that prevented him from being elevated to the main event. In a recent interview, Daniel Bryan decided to defend Cesaro, stating that if the two of them were to work a lengthy match together on Smackdown, it would easily generate a huge reaction from WWE fans.

With Wrestlemania being less than two weeks away, WWE might need to call an audible with one of the championship matches. Initially, the Usos were scheduled to be one of the teams that challenged Antonio Cesaro and Tyson Kidd for the tag team belts, but Jey Uso suffered some sort of shoulder injury during the latest episode of Smackdown. There is no timetable for his return yet. His brother Jimmy Uso worked live events by himself.

It looks like WWE will actually showcase their tag team championship at Wrestlemania this year. As of right now, there are plans penciled in to do a title match featuring four different teams. Management is still undecided about a championship scramble or a simple fatal four way. The rumored contestants for the match are Jimmy Uso, Jey Uso, Tyson Kidd, Antonio Cesaro, Kofi Kingston, Xavier Woods, Big E Langston, Diego and Fernando.

Since he is viewed as a performer that is loved by this particular fan base, WWE opted to send Antonio Cesaro along with the NXT crew as they did their first series of live events in Ohio. This is the first time that the brand has ever done shows outside of Florida. The events drew a pretty good audience, as tickets were said to have sold out almost immediately. Cesaro received a very nice ovation from the audiences, so it was a wise move.

For a while there, the belief was that WWE was going to throw several tag teams together and have them battling for the championship at Wrestlemania. However, it appears that the idea has been scrapped. The most likely scenario right now has Tyson Kidd, Antonio Cesaro and Natalya teaming up to take on Jimmy Uso, Jey Uso and Naomi in a mixed tag team match. The backup plan is to have the men do a traditional tag match.

While many are under the assumption that Jimmy Uso and Jey Uso are going to get a shot at the WWE Tag Team Championship at Wrestlemania, management might actually be heading in another direction. It could end up being a six person mixed tag team match instead. The Usos would team with Naomi, while Antonio Cesaro and Tyson Kidd would be paired up with Natalya. The belief is that this story could be an interesting one for Total Divas.

Last year, WWE introduced the Andre the Giant battle royal at Wrestlemania. Since his name value still remains strong, a lot of fans were quite excited about the match. Antonio Cesaro ended up winning the trophy, and that led to speculations that he was going to be on the receiving end of a push. That never happened. Disappointment set in. Management wants to give it another try this year, so the battle royal is being brought back.

In the third match of Fast Lane, Tyson Kidd and Antonio Cesaro were able to defeat Jimmy Uso and Jey Uso to become the new WWE Tag Team Champions. Kidd got the pin fall victory on Jimmy after delivering a suplex that came after his submission move. The story was awful, but the crowd was a bit more lively for this one because the performances by all four men were solid. Cesaro and Kidd were especially impressive.

A person decided to hack the Twitter account of Antonio Cesaro earlier today, and it led to some pretty interesting fake posts. The person made it seem that Cesaro was upset with WWE for not pushing him, which might actually be the case. The hacker went a bit over the line, however, when he made it seem like Cesaro was hoping that Vince McMahon would get cancer as a punishment for not giving him the main event push he deserves.
