As some of you already know, plans change pretty often backstage in WWE. Originally, Kalisto and Sin Cara were supposed to challenge Tyson Kidd and Antonio Cesaro for the tag team championship at Extreme Rules. However, management opted to change things up by giving the match to Xavier Woods, Kofi Kingston and Big E Langston instead, even though the Lucha Dragons received really nice ovations from the live events during the Europe tour.

With Wrestlemania being less than two weeks away, WWE might need to call an audible with one of the championship matches. Initially, the Usos were scheduled to be one of the teams that challenged Antonio Cesaro and Tyson Kidd for the tag team belts, but Jey Uso suffered some sort of shoulder injury during the latest episode of Smackdown. There is no timetable for his return yet. His brother Jimmy Uso worked live events by himself.

Since he is viewed as a performer that is loved by this particular fan base, WWE opted to send Antonio Cesaro along with the NXT crew as they did their first series of live events in Ohio. This is the first time that the brand has ever done shows outside of Florida. The events drew a pretty good audience, as tickets were said to have sold out almost immediately. Cesaro received a very nice ovation from the audiences, so it was a wise move.
