Apparently, the main roster is not the goal for everyone. Finn Balor revealed that he would prefer to avoid being a regular WWE star for the time being because he loves what is taking place down in NXT. He feels that it is revolutionary, and he wants to continue to be a part of that. Balor might also be hesitant because he sees how quickly management halted the push for Adrian Neville.

In the power ranking, Adrian Neville is listed as the 11th hottest performer in WWE. In reality, though, he has been severely demoted since being given a slight push during his debut. The high flyer has been dropped down the ladder and is now working with the likes of Adam Rose, Bo Dallas, Stardust and Heath Slater. A main event push is highly unlikely at this point in time.

As many of you have already noticed, the open invitational story line with John Cena has now become of the most entertaining things on Monday Night Raw. Apparently, we can thank Triple H for that. He is said to be the one that has been pushing for various angles that have pleased the audience. Despite the loss to Wade Barrett in the King of the Ring tournament, do not expect Adrian Neville to be dropped down the ladder by WWE. The front office still has every intention of keeping his push going. The belief is that Neville can be given a good amount of momentum by replacing Kofi Kingston as the high flyer in the upcoming Money in the Bank match. He is unlikely to win the thing, but he will be made to look very strong that night.

In a sign that WWE is going to push him, Wade Barrett was given the King of the Ring victory over Adrian Neville tonight. Plans must have been changed backstage recently because he was initially booked to put over Daniel Bryan at Extreme Rules a week ago. The absence of Bryan itself may have led to the change in decisions. The front office also did a good job of protecting Neville in the match by making it seem like he had a rib injury.

As of this very moment, it looks like WWE has Adrian Neville penciled in for a promotion to the main roster. The way they're going to do this is by having him winning the NXT tournament and earning a spot in the Andre the Giant memorial battle royal. The front office feels that it would be a good way to introduce him to their mainstream fans. There is even a slight chance that he might be given the win at Wrestlemania as a way to springboard his push.

At the latest Takeover event, NXT fans saw Finn Balor defeating Adrian Neville, which means that he is now the top contender to the heavyweight championship. He is now scheduled to work a program with Kevin Owens, who defeated Sami Zayn in the main event tonight. Balor is on the receiving end of a push from WWE officials, but Owens is expected to remain the champion and feud with Zayn for the next several months.

Anyone that has been paying attention to NXT over the last couple of weeks will be able to tell you that Kevin Owens is going to be receiving a big push from management. It is also going to be a quick one, as they are not making him move through the card like they usually do. Owens is already working a main event program with Sami Zayn, and there are talks that Adrian Neville could be thrown into the mix to make the program even more interesting.
